Where is Cupcakes by Kelly based?

Cupcakes by Kelly is based at 17 Irvine Crescent, Popley, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG24 9TS. 

How can I order some cupcakes?

To place an order, send an email to kelly@cupcakesbykelly.co.uk.

There is also a contact form on the contact form page of the website if you prefer. Cupcakes by Kelly uses PayPal, cash or bank transfer as its payment system. We have a minimum order of 6 cupcakes unless there is a special offer in place.

What are your prices?

Cupcakes start from £2 each.

Is there an advance booking fee / deposit on orders?

Yes. If you are ordering cupcakes from us, we ask for a deposit of one third of the final bill. This is to ensure that we can start working on your decorations in time and order in any ribbons, boxes etc. This also secures the order so that the hours are kept free for making your cupcakes. The deposit is deducted from the final bill, so you do not pay any extra in total. The deposit is non refundable. 

How far ahead do I need to order my cupcakes?

We ask that you place your order at least 3 days in advance of the date you need your cupcakes. We get very busy (especially at weekends) so, in order to avoid disappointment, the earlier you can place your order the better. However, if you have a last minute order, do give us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For large orders and events please order as far in advance as possible. 

Do you offer cupcake tasting for Weddings? 

Yes we do! Just give us a call and we can book you in for a no obligation cupcake tasting and consultation. 

Will you set up our cupcakes at our wedding venue?

Yes! If you require us to set up, please let us know when placing your order along with the address and postcode of the venue. The cost of set up will be included in the quotation.
